Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

NoCo Learn to Skate

LTS PRORATING & CANCELLATION POLICY You may register for class through weeks 1 and 2, however, we cannot prorate classes based on late registrations. If you need to cancel the session, $20 is non-refundable once the session has begun even if you have not participated. For excused cancellations prior to the start of a session: If a skater participates in any classes, an additional fee will be deducted for each class attendance. Any participant that is a 'no call', 'no show' will not be issued any credit or refund. Class placement based on skill level is assigned by LTS director. No refunds will be issued for placement discrepancy by parent/guardian. LTS staff has the right to move participants to lower/higher group based on visual assessment. Refunds or credits will not be issued based on class placement. Other than medical with a doctor's note, no credit or refunds will be given if 50% of classes in a session have been attended. If there is a medical necessity, you may transfer a session that you have not yet participated into a future session. All refunds will be issued as a check to the paying party. Please allow up to 2-weeks for processing.

U8 Rootbeer- Blue/Yellow Level

U8 ROOTBEER- RED HIGH/RED LOW

CANCELLATION POLICY: - 3 weeks or before camp start will receive 75% of payment - 2 week prior to camp start will receive 50% of payment - Less than 1 week prior to camp start payment is non-refundable - Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable

SUMMER DIRECTOR SKILLS

Other Fee Information Due to limited spaces no sibling discount will be offered. No sessions will be pro-rated due to missing any sessions throughout the summer Players not able to make assigned ice time will not be allowed to attend other sessions as they will be full. U8 Director Skills

2025 Battle Camps

Power Skate Session - 2013 & ^

POWER SKATING- BY 14,15,16

CPHL (High School)

Any withdrawals from the program must be requested in writing and sent to the Director of Hockey Operations. Financial Release Policy After tryouts/evaluations have been completed and a player has been placed on an NCYH team -- If that player decides to play for another hockey association within the borders of Colorado, a financial release will only be granted once 50% of tuition owed has been paid. Please note the Registration Fee and $60 Capital Improvement Fund will not be refunded. If during the season a player has to move out of state, becomes injured, or chooses to not play hockey, the following refund policy is in place for tuition refunds. No financial release form will be given. - 80% refund if withdraw request received before Sep 15 - 60% refund if withdraw request received before Oct 15 - 40% refund if withdraw request received before Nov 15 - 20% refund if withdraw request received before Dec 15 - 0% refund if withdraw request received on/after Dec 15 Registration Fee/Deposit- non-refundable Tryout Fee- non-refundable

ELEMENTARY VARSITY HOCKEY

Middle School Hockey

Slapshot

Team Withdrawal/Reimbursement Policy If a team withdraws from the tournament before NCYH has notified them of their acceptance a full refund will be granted. Any team that withdraws after being accepted and cannot be replaced will not receive a refund. If your team is replaced, you will receive a full refund.
